Ok - gonna slow down on the diplomatic front for a while - need to leave targets for those of you that raid out there so once the existing diplomatic queries are sorted out I'll stop harrassing people.

Thank you I need people to raid - it is my only form of stress relief

I do admit, I now have to have a post it note stuck to my monitor so I don't raid the anyone we are allied to or have NAPS with (unless they're too tempting a target obviously )

Theres 3000 people out there people most with 9 planets each - keeping track of the few people we're not supposed to raid should not be above an evolved species - not matter how special.
